WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE TO PICK UP THE CAR?
At pick-up, the main driver must have a credit card with enough money in the balance to cover the deposit for the car, full driving license in his/her name (the same for all additional drivers) along with EconomyBookings.com Rental Voucher.
WHAT IS THE FUEL POLICY?
The fuel policy explains how you will pay for the fuel and whether you need to fill the tank before you return the car or not. There is a certain Fuel policy for each car rental company displayed on the terms and conditions section, on your confirmation voucher and on the rental agreement provided by the car rental company at the counter.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FULLY PREPAID BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT/PARTIALLY PREPAID BOOKINGS
If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your pickup, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 50.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 50.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 95.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 95.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to your pickup, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund. No refund will be applied for unused rental days. You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started. *Or the same amount in USD/GBP at the exchange rate on the cancellation date.
